The context
Nuffield Health, one of the UK’s largest healthcare providers, embarked on a significant integration project to incorporate Aspen Hospitals and their head office into its organisation. This complex integration required aligning the newly acquired entities with Nuffield Health’s existing transformation agendas, necessitating robust programme management and stakeholder engagement. To lead this critical project, Nuffield Health appointed Rinnova to deliver an Interim Programme Manager assignment.
