Head of Practice – Interim

We are looking for a talented and motivated recruitment professional to lead our interim practice. We are interested in an individual looking to realise their potential in a dynamic organisation.

The role

The ‘Head of Practice – interim’ will play a pivotal role in building and leading our interim platform. This individual will be responsible for recruiting a high-performing interim team, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of all assignments. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience within health and care, be proactive in their approach to business development, with excellent networking and communication skills. They will be capable of quickly understanding our model and how it can be utilised in creating and implementing solutions that meet our clients’ needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Identify and develop relationships with both new and existing clients
    • Offer market intelligence, present at pitches and business development meetings, and actively introduce colleagues to potential clients.
  • Client Solutions Development:
    • Listen to and interpret client requirements to develop commercially sound solutions.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Take ownership of candidate management, recognising that talented people are the lifeblood of our business.
  • Assignment Delivery:
    • Professionally manage and deliver assignments to successful completion.
  • Event Management:
    • Create, develop, and deliver events that provide clients and senior candidates opportunities to network.
  • Personal Branding:
    • Develop a personal profile to become a recognised and respected recruitment professional in our sector.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Take a lead role in the recruitment and management of a team of interim consultants, contributing to Rinnova’s wider culture and impact on the market.

Rinnova’s remuneration packages are designed to give our people the opportunity to earn materially more than in any other recruitment environment.

Our core salary and commission packages are highly competitive, with the opportunity to earn above average commissions.

Rinnova’s low overhead, value-added business model allows us to share the benefits of this with the recruitment team through a biannual profit share mechanism.

We understand that recruitment professionals have restrictive covenants in their existing contracts. We absolutely respect these and expect our employees to do the same. In order to give you confidence and optimise your performance during this period, we have partnered with a leading London City law firm to provide independent, professional advice and support to anyone joining Rinnova, on all aspects of employment law, contracts and covenants.

We also recognise that these covenants can impact the earning opportunities for consultants in their first year of employment at a new firm and may result in a remuneration shortfall. To remove this risk, and demonstrate our confidence in both you and the business that we are building, Rinnova has invested in a bonus scheme to support this transition.
