Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Last updated: January 2026

Rinnova Recruitment Ltd

Rinnova Recruitment Ltd (“Rinnova”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically. This statement sets out our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Our structure and business

Rinnova is a specialist executive search and leadership advisory firm based in the United Kingdom. We support organisations across the public, private and third sectors with senior leadership search and advisory services. Our work focuses on high-quality candidate identification, assessment and engagement.

Our supply chain primarily consists of professional services, technology providers, subscription research platforms and other business services that support our delivery.

Our commitment to ethical conduct

Although Rinnova is not legally required to produce a Modern Slavery Statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 — because our annual turnover is below the statutory threshold of £36 million — we support the principles of the Act and are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our business activities.

We expect all suppliers, partners and third parties we work with to uphold these same principles and to comply with relevant laws and ethical standards.

Policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking

We maintain internal policies and practices that reflect our commitment to ethical business conduct, including:

  • Fair and lawful recruitment and employment practices

  • Compliance with employment law and worker rights

  • Transparent engagement with suppliers and contractors

  • Respect for human rights in all aspects of our operations

These practices help ensure that Rinnova operates in a way that avoids involvement in exploitative or unethical conduct.

Due diligence and risk management

As a provider of professional services, our exposure to sectors with high modern slavery risk is limited. Nonetheless, we use proportionate due diligence when selecting suppliers and partners, including:

  • Verifying the credibility and legal standing of suppliers

  • Assessing alignment with ethical standards

  • Reviewing supplier conduct where relevant to service delivery

We also maintain internal controls to ensure appropriate review and oversight of third party relationships.

Training and awareness

All Rinnova team members are expected to uphold ethical conduct and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. While we do not currently provide formal modern slavery training, ethical conduct and legal compliance are core expectations communicated during onboarding and through regular internal discussion.

Effectiveness and continuous improvement

Rinnova regularly reviews its policies and practices to ensure they remain appropriate and effective. Where risks are identified, we assess mitigation options and implement enhancements to our approach.

Looking ahead

Should Rinnova’s turnover exceed the statutory threshold in future, we will publish a formal Modern Slavery Statement in accordance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and make it available on our website.
