Interim M&A Project Manager

PHL Group is a leading provider of integrated healthcare services, delivering urgent care, primary care and community-based services across the UK. Working closely with NHS partners, the organisation supports millions of patients each year through innovative, technology-enabled healthcare solutions.

They partnered with Rinnova to appoint an Interim M&A Programme Manager to provide experienced leadership during a period of strategic growth and organisational change. The assignment required an interim executive capable of bringing immediate pace, structure and governance to a complex programme, whilst working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

The context

As part of its strategic growth plans, PHL Group required an experienced interim programme leader to support a number of high-profile corporate initiatives. The organisation needed an individual who could quickly establish credibility, coordinate multiple workstreams and provide the governance required to deliver complex programmes within demanding timescales.

The brief required a commercially minded interim with significant experience of programme management, organisational transformation and executive stakeholder engagement. The successful individual needed to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring momentum was maintained whilst supporting effective decision-making across the business.
