The Position

Marketing Director


With homes across Great Britain, HC-One supports individuals towards the end of their lives as they manage dementia, frailty and other complex needs. They do this by caring through kindness, with the biggest health and care workforce outside the NHS. HC-One has grown consistently, both organically and through acquisition, and now has just under 300 homes, with 19,000 colleagues delivering nursing, dementia and residential care to over 15,000 residents.


The context

Due to the incumbent Marketing Director leaving, HC-One were keen to use an external firm to deliver a quick and successful search.


The solution
