Voyage Care is a UK-based specialist provider of care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex care needs. With a mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered services, Voyage Care operates over 300 care homes and supported living locations, employing a dedicated workforce that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Voyage recognised the need to embark on a transformative digital journey. To lead this transformation, they sought to create a brand-new executive role: Digital and Transformation Director.
