ivolve Care and Support is a specialist care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injuries, and complex care requirements. Operating across multiple services and regions, ivolve is recognised for its strong values-led culture and commitment to outstanding care outcomes.
When ivolve Care and Support’s permanent Managing Director moved on from the organisation, the business required experienced interim leadership at pace. With operational continuity and the welfare of thousands of people in their care at stake, ivolve needed a solution that was both rapid and credible. Rinnova was commissioned to deliver.

The context
The departure of the incumbent Managing Director created an immediate leadership gap at the most senior operational level. ivolve required a seasoned interim executive who could step in quickly, provide stability across a complex multi-service operation, and hold the organisation steady whilst a permanent appointment solution was identified and secured.
