Voyage Care is a leading UK provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex care needs. With a nationwide footprint and more than 10,000 colleagues, it delivers personalised support across residential, supported living and specialist services.
As part of its strategic transformation and growth agenda, Voyage Care partnered with Rinnova to appoint a new Chief Operating Officer. This appointment was designed to strengthen the leadership team, embed operational consistency, and accelerate national development.

The context
The role required a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational delivery across a complex, multi-site care environment. The brief focused on strengthening regional leadership, improving service consistency, and embedding scalable practices to support sustainable growth.
