With over 10,000 employees and a national footprint of residential and supported living services, the organisation is PE-backed and on a multi-year growth and transformation journey.

The context
Following a strategic decision to expand its property portfolio to meet growing demand for supported living and complex needs services, Voyage Care created a new Property Development Director role reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer. The role would be pivotal to delivering the group’s growth objectives, with responsibility for sourcing, acquiring, and redeveloping sites across the UK — including greenfield and distressed opportunities — while aligning closely with M&A, operations, and commissioning teams.

We identified and placed Sarah Banjac, former European Property Director at EG Group. Sarah had successfully led acquisition and development programmes across the UK and Europe, including the delivery of over 100 sites and management of multi-country real estate teams.
